KIOKE Barrel Aged JAS Soy Sauce is made from Japanese JAS soybeans, JAS wheat, sea salt and water. No genetically modified soybeans, no chemical additives, no flavour-enhancing additives, no preservatives. This soy sauce has been approved as Japanese JAS soy sauce in Japan.

This soy sauce is aged for 14 months in cypress barrels and is a single batch bottling, which means that it is bottled from a single cypress barrel BATCH I. Soy sauces are used in traditional and modern Japanese cuisine to cook and refine food. It is very suitable for sushi and sashimi.
