Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit and koshou means black pepper. In the Kyushu dialect, however, koshou means chilli pepper.

This product is characterised by a unique, intense aroma with a distinct citrus flavour, but is also spicy and hot. It is a paste that can be used as a seasoning for a variety of dishes such as fish, meat, vegetables or pasta.
