8 gr | JapanWith Kaiso Seaweed Mix you can prepare salads or garnish hot and cold dishes. It contains hardly any calories, no cholesterol and is rich in minerals and fibre. The dried seaweed is soaked in cold water for 7 minutes and can then be used immediately. Soaking increases the volume. The salad can be dressed with soya sauce or goma dressing and traditionally served as a sushi starter before sushi.
