SHODA
Soy sauce `Marudaizu`
500 ml | JapanShoyu soy sauce is characterised by its excellent quality and is of course GMO-free. The ‘Shoyu Hyakusen’ seal recognises it as one of the 100 best soy sauces.
Whole, unfatted soya beans are used in the production of shoyu soy sauce, which emphasises the use of high-quality ingredients with the name ‘Maru Daizu’.
Instead of water, a pre-fermented soy sauce is used for production. This unique brewing method gives the shoyu a fine aroma, an appealing colour and a deep umami flavour.
