The ‘Nippon Marudaizu Soy Bean Soy Sauce’ is a soy sauce produced in small quantities and characterised by carefully selected ingredients. Whole soybeans are used for fermentation, which gives the soy sauce a mild and aromatic flavour. All three main ingredients - soya beans, wheat and salt - originate from Japan and are also brewed there. This gives the soy sauce a rich, full, smooth flavour.
