300 ml | JapanKombu Shiro Dashi, translated as white soup stock, is usually made from soya sauce, kombu, salt, mirin, sweet sake and cooking sake. The broth is translucent with a light brown or amber colour. Unlike most soy sauce-based seasonings, this seasoning allows the flavour to deepen without browning the food. Kombu Shiro Dashi is characterised by a milder taste and a balanced aroma.
