The overall appearance is golden in colour, with a nose of puffed wheat and bread, lemon peel, dried grass, jasmine and honey. On the palate, candied lemon, malt, spices, straw followed by mint, toasted wood and cardamom. Finish: minimal sweetness, malt and vanilla, light smoky notes.
