The instant ramen is an, JAS-certified product. The flour for the noodles is made exclusively from JAS wheat*. A unique production method creates a natural wavy texture and smoothness without using animal ingredients such as brine, starch or egg white. The noodles are unfried and are not fried in oil, kneaded with oil or coated, so the texture is similar to that of raw noodles.
As the instant ramen is cholesterol and trans-fat free, it is particularly suitable for people who are watching their cholesterol and oil consumption. The noodles are versatile and can be used all year round for dishes such as ramen, yakisoba, cold noodles, salad noodles, glass noodles, tsukemen noodles and hot pot noodles. Storage: store in a cool, dry place

Preparation of noodles  

Add noodles to approx. 500 ml boiling water and cook for approx. 3½ minutes (depending on desired firmness).

Serving suggestions:
  Ramen: Serve with soup.
  Fried noodles: Fry with ingredients and add sauce.
  Cold noodles/salads: Rinse with cold water, serve with ingredients and sauce.
  Tsukemen: Dip in sauce or broth.
  Nabe: Cook directly in the hot pot (not too long).
