Limited production 200 bottles, this special shochu was produced from the local organic sugar, Japanese rice and Kikaijima Kome Koji, matured for 10-17 years in steel tanks to obtain a round smooth body, like Hi izuru Shima no See, then 2 years in a used cognace barrel, which gives it a very smooth and pleasant taste.
