Platinum uses the king of sake rice, Yamadanishiki, brewed with Association Yeast #9, the ultimate ginjo yeast, and strives to bring out the true flavour of sake and rice by avoiding the addition of alcohol in the brewing process. This dry sake accompanies every meal without clashing.
