We are always happy to offer wasabi frozen. This noble root grows for 16 months in running spring water at a uniform temperature of 10°C.

Mazuma Wasabi is one of Japan`s best-known and highest-quality wasabis. It comes mainly from Wakayama and Nagano, with the Mazuma region in Wakayama giving its name. Typical of Mazuma Wasabi is its strong aroma, mild spiciness and pleasant, slightly greyish, light greenish colour.

The fresh wasabi is frozen in Switzerland. Grate the frozen wasabi root, on a wasabi grater. Make the wasabi amount as desired.

Put the wasabi root back in the freezer immediately well packaged.

Goes well with sashimi, sushi, grilled fish and steak, dressings and many other dishes.

Storage: frozen, take out only for rubbing
