After filling the sojamilk  mould/container with soy milk, it is quickly sealed, heated and then cooled to ensure a shelf life of 30 days without preservatives. The soya milk is made from 50% local soya beans from Agano City and 50% soya beans from Hokkaido and retains the natural sweetness of the beans.
