The JAS certified-salt reduced soy sauce of the Teraoka` family, is produced in the soy brewery in the Hiroshima region. It is a naturally brewed soy sauce  that matures in cedar vats, salt-reduced. The soy sauce has a mild umami aroma, and is very balanced.
